Koufalos

Surrounded by olive trees, perched on a hillside above picturesque San Stefano, Koufalos Villa is an idyllic property in an enviable position in northeast Corfu. It’s only a few minutes walk to the nearby village, where shops include a bakery, grocery shop and fishmonger. Kassiopi, with a good choice of restaurants and bars, is a short drive, as are Avlaki and Kalami for watersports, sailing and waterfront tavernas.
The house is finished to a high standard and feels fresh and bright. The large living space has doors that open onto the terrace, letting in lots of light and framing the sea views. The space contains a comfortable lounge area, breakfast bar and dining area for eight. There are four airy bedrooms, all with super king-size beds; three are in the main house, and one is in a separate garden suite.
The sizeable terrace has both - an outdoor lounge with rattan furniture and a long dining table with great views. Some of the bedrooms also have access to the terrace and outside seating. Steps lead to a 12m infinity pool and plenty of sun loungers. At one end, there is another cushioned seating area, a gas barbecue and a wine fridge. One part of the roof has been made into a small terrace, suitable for yoga practice or to enjoy a quiet drink whilst taking in the vistas.
